Most wanted:
Bersahur. According to the sunnah Muhammad (pbuh), by sahur you'll gain points of pahala. Dont you adore that? So, please.. to stay fresh in a day, by hook or by crook, you have to sahur.
Most wanted menu:
These are my suggestion (I keep practicing this. and it's totally work!!)
- Dates (buah tamar)
- Wholegrain cereal
- Milk
- Ribena
These menu will supply sufficient energy , vitamin and thus will help you out lousiness. (InsyaAllah)
However, there are drinks that you should avoid from dry-out :P
- nescafe or any caffeine drink; it will make you to get rid more urine
- Plain water; zero calories which cannot supply energy.
So? What are you waiting for? Try this and experience it yourself. Read more pages of Quran a day and do not over sleep. Nap at the afternoon is one of the better way to keep you fresh.
