Banana Talk


This is -- Banana! It contains vitamins and minerals that are essential for the body. So, this is the close up of the story board todayyy~


Nutrition Facts:

  • Bananas do not contain sodium, fat or cholesterol.
  • Contain vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin C and folate (folic acid)
  • Plus, there are no other fruit contain more digestible carbohydrates than bananas.
  • Vitamins found in bananas helps the body to defend and heal against infections.

Interesting facts about banana:

  • Banana comes from the Arabian words 'banan'  which means finger
  • Unlike most other fruits that grow on trees, bananas grow on plants.
  • Banana plant cannot produce banana fruit twice. 

Breakfast Banana



1. Cut the banana into slices.
2. Fried the banana with the 1 tbs of sugar and butter in pan within 2-3 minutes.
3. When the colour of banana slices change to the gold, then its ready for servings.
4. Its ready to eat. Yummy!
